It is our inherent birthright to be able to return to the embrace of our original essence, which we can know as the Mother and Father of creation.
Now I can tell you that enlightenment, joy, and unconditional love exist all around you,
but for you to be able to experience it, might be a completely different story.
When we are born into this existence, within a physical form, it is a very harsh environment and can easily be shocking to the delicate nature of our spirit. Whenever we are spoken to, even above a whisper, the harshness of the energy, forces us, as infants, to try to protect ourselves from the shock of the projected tones.. This as well as a multitude of other defenses we must learn over time, starts to create within us a sort of impulsively reactive protective mechanism, whereas our body learns to close down our energy centers by reacting defensively, just before we anticipate a traumatic event. This is the birthplace of the Ego, or the body's interpretation of itself, as being separate from the world around it.
In truth we are spiritual beings inhabiting physical bodies, however, most people only associate themselves as the body and thus separate themselves from the 'Word', or our original energetic nature, and thus are literally dying of thirst in a sea of infinite abundance. This original force that we call 'God' or our Creator is present within each and every cell in the universe. It is our birthright to be able to recognize ourselves as a part of this all-pervading force of nature, and access it freely for heightened awareness and healing.
Within the human body, we as individuals tend to hold unresolved traumas, pain, and stagnation, that can effectively be released for immediate reward. These seemingly negative past events can be likened to poker chips in the sense that they can easily be cashed in for immediate self-improvement and growth. Once fully processed from a point of self empowerment, understanding and maturity, this energy then freely runs through the body in a stream of both positive and negative energy. Once the soul is mature, an individual will start to realize that it’s often the negative experiences in their life that have given them the most positive benefit, once those experiences are processed and fully understood.
By experiencing the inherent pain in our lives it helps to develop, when properly processed, a greater understanding, or depth of character, about the human experience. We can apply that understanding to internal cultivation, whereas; we allow ourselves to process positive and negative energy without judgment.
During the process of standing chi gong, or seated meditation, growth is greatly accelerated if we allow ourselves to start processing or cultivating both positive and negative energy, very quickly past experiences will begin to arise. At that point the individual must choose as to whether or not they are willing to allow this past negative event to surface and ultimately be cleansed. This process is known as 'untying the knot'.
Each one of these stories that the body is holding as a protective barrier, once traded, becomes in essence like a poker chip. It has no value within your energetic body except to form as a defense. However, this defense is often seen energetically by others as a form of weakness and can be used as a target for energetic manipulation and control. By allowing yourself to stand in proper alignment and allowing your breath and thought to be centered on your lower abdomen, we can begin to process energy.
Once the individual is brave enough to be able to allow themselves to surrender judgment of positive and negative, allowing that emotion to be expressed through the breath, there is an almost instant notable shift in energy. This can be experienced as coming into the moment. Typically a person stores a considerable amount of their awareness in both the future and past. The process of standing or seated energetic meditation allows one to center themselves. This energetic centering brings about for them, immediate shifts, in not only energy but conscious awareness. With simple mental suggestions, the recipient may quickly climb into the seat of ecstasy or oneness with all of life.
Within our physical body we also have an energetic body. Within this energetic body, along the path of our spinal column, there exists major energetic centers that can be easily perceived once the person has achieved centered state of awareness. These major energetic centers are called chakras.
When we stand in the horse stance with the pelvis tilted forward with the spine in proper alignment, this allows our body to develop a strong-rooted stance. This stance, when properly performed, allows one to almost automatically open the root chakra. This, in essence, serves as a pathway for negative (or grounding) energy to connect to the earth below us. This establishes us to be in position, as a sort of conduit. By surrendering to the frequency of unconditional love and acceptance, this serves as the polar opposite of the negative ground that we have established. By surrendering judgment of the positive and negative, allowing that to flow through us without resistance, we open something called the heart chakra. Often times the recipient will be overcome with great emotion. This emotion serves to quickly cleanse all lack of understanding so that the reason any negative event ever happened can be fully and completely understood. By fully surrendering into this emotional stream, the emotional outburst will naturally want to become audible. This natural reaction, that in a sense equals crying, can be used by the recipient for great benefit by expressing emotion into the vibration of your voice, aligning ourselves with our original nature, or original breath. This action of putting emotion into the vibration of our voice and expressing it, quickly and easily opens the fifth chakra, which has to do with communication.
Once the recipient has established a uniform control of breath and expression of sound through chanting, this communication with our original nature quickly allows the awakening of the sixth chakra, known as the third eye chakra. This chakra is connected with intuition. A 'sign post' along the way of this meditation process is that, once the sixth chakra has been stabilized and properly opened, the person performing the meditation exercise often loses the necessity to blink. In martial arts lore, they express that once a student has reached the state of one-pointedness, the soldier can find no place to thrust his spear and the rhino can find no place to pierce its horn.
The last chakra to connect is called the crown chakra. It is easily opened within a state of unconditional agreement. By having ultimate faith that you are one with your original nature, that this nature is all-knowing, all-loving, and wise, all events, both positive and negative, that happened in our lives, happen in divine accordance in perfection with this original nature. We can simply allow ourselves to surrender and agree within this flow that is the original word. The recipient's level of awareness determines how the sensation of being 'in this flow' is experienced. This flow can feel like a mother's gentle love, a father's great understanding, to being burned within a brilliant white fire of truth.
The practitioner quickly understands the almost unbearable feeling of unconditional love. By being in agreement with this almost unbearable feeling, we instantly transcended into a state of divine joy. This is an indication of the crown chakra's 'connectedness' with the Source. Enlightenment is literally the ability to maintain the faith and understanding to simply agree that we are divinely loved, cared for, and guided. An all-embracing sense of unconditional love and joy can be experienced or understood after developing the simple tools necessary to gain a sense of inner strength within ourselves thus honoring and embracing our connectedness with the universe around us.
